Job Summary
Conduct client interaction sessions to create customized solutions and gather market competitive intelligence for gap analysis reports. Manage end-to-end bid processes by responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders while crafting winning proposals and value propositions. Define contract terms by creating and reviewing Statements of Work, and drive team members to prepare collaterals like flyers and case studies. Participate in continuous improvement projects to deliver project goals and support demand generation and GTM initiatives across geographies. Requires minimum 8 years of BPO/BPM experience with a managerial background in customer service operations. Onsite work in BGC, Taguig.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of any stream
- MBA
- Minimum 8 years BPO/BPM experience
- Worked in customer service operations in a managerial role
- Knowledgeable on contact center operations
- Knowledgeable on RFP process
- Knowledgeable on bid management
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
