Job Summary
Senior Consultant will work across client projects focusing on strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering and operational excellence, with opportunities to contribute to offer development, business development and internal initiatives. The role requires strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations. Candidates should have experience in data and AI-related topics, and be capable of quickly building expertise in these areas, along with proficiency in Dutch and English and the ability to operate in an international, diverse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics
- 3 to 6 years’ experience within a consultancy firm
- Knowledge of one or more of the services: Digitalisation, Marketing & Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, Pricing and Revenue Management or Procurement & Sourcing in retail or services or equivalent
- Strong collaboration and team-playing skills
- Strong analytical mind, ability to explore options and synthesize into conclusions
- Interest in data and AI-related topics and ability to quickly build expertise in these areas
- Language skills: Dutch and English
- Non-Dutch speaker will not be accepted
