Job Summary
Lead SAP Sustainability solution implementations and rollouts. Gather business requirements and design sustainability reporting processes. Configure and implement SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT). Define ESG KPIs, sustainability data models, and reporting frameworks. Perform gap analysis, fit-gap workshops, and solution design. Integrate SAP Sustainability solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Analytics Cloud. Support ESG reporting requirements including CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol, and sustainability disclosures. Conduct testing, UAT support, training, and go-live activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials. Mentor junior consultants and provide solution guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT)
- Knowledge of ESG reporting and sustainability regulations
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration
- Understanding of CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol, SASB, TCFD, and related frameworks
- Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and sustainability data management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects
