Job Summary
Senior SAP Digital Adoption & Enablement Consultant responsible for designing and implementing change strategies in transformation projects (preferably SAP), translating change objectives into enablement concepts across systems and processes, leading the setup and quality assurance of in-app guidance assets, managing end-to-end enablement including KPI evaluation, and shaping learning solutions in LMS/LXP environments with a focus on AI-supported personalization, WCAG compliance, and stakeholder collaboration (German/English).
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management within technology- or ERP-driven transformation projects (ideally SAP) with a strong focus on user adoption.
- Experience in the conception and operational use of Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane) including responsibility for productive in-app guidance content.
- Participation in end-to-end enablement or adoption initiatives, from change concept through rollout to evaluation of adoption KPIs.
- Practical experience in LMS/LXP environments including course structures, learning paths, assignments, and reporting (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning).
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and instructional design, with a pragmatic, implementation-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and confidence in stakeholder interaction; very good German and English skills.
- Interest in modern enablement and learning approaches including AI-supported concepts, UX, and accessibility (WCAG).
