Job Summary
Consult customers from initial requirement through project handover as a constant technical expert, transforming service processes without relying on pre-defined templates. Develop strategic solution concepts and pitches for SAP CS and S/4HANA Service, leading workshops on predictive service, AI-driven management, and field service. Ensure post-pitch quality by remaining available for critical project phases and technical inquiries. Work full-time in a remote, hybrid, or on-site capacity, collaborating closely with experienced leadership to drive topics independently.
Required Qualifications
