Job Summary
Install, configure, and monitor SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle, DB2, and MSSQL databases across a three-tier landscape. Execute technical upgrades, system copies, and migrations using NZDT methodologies while administering SAP clients and defining infrastructure standards. Provide break/fix support, performance troubleshooting, and incident management for application, OS, and database levels. Create runbooks, SOPs, and quarterly health reports to enhance monitoring and deliver permanent solutions for repetitive events. Collaborate with project consultants on Cloud Platform implementations and SSO setups, communicating with customers during priority incidents. Perform backup and recovery, conduct security reviews, and generate implementation plans for early watch analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Ideally with an MBA/CPA or related degree
- +10 years of overall professional experience
- Experience with having final responsibility for the quality and content of reporting for either a division or significant program area
- ITIL training
- ITIL certification
- 10+ Year SAP BASIS experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA support or operation tasks
- 10+ Year SAP BASIS experience with SAP JAVA support or operation tasks
- AS-Java (can be a Portal Java, PO Java, etc) experience
- Strong DBA Skills (Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, HANA, SYBASE)
- Strong OS Skills (Windows and Linux SLES or Linux REDHAT)
- Strong networking skills
- Experience with S/4HANA conversion process
- Experience in Implementing Java Support Package Upgrades
- Experience in SSO based on SAML authentication
- SAP Readiness Check report implementation plan creation and execution
- Experience in FIORI deployment options
- Experience in cloud-based Fiori implementations with focus on a hybrid S/4 landscape
- Experience in Focused Run 2.0 and above
- Experience creating FIORI catalogs, Tiles, Front-end and Back-end security roles
- Experience in implementing different SAP authentication scenarios for traditional ABAP, Java and Gateway systems/applications using Kerberos, SAML and
- Experience with UI5 and the structures of UI5 applications
- Experience with hosting Fiori on Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
- Must possess traits of dependability, reliability, task-oriented and focused, ability to create 'cookbook', 'SOP' and methodology (S/4H Conversion methodology)
- Consultant must show independence, ability to follow through with tasks to completion, willingness to take initiative where required S/4HANA Conversion experience
