Job Summary
Senior Consultant-Salesforce role focused on leading ServiceMax implementation projects within a global Professional Services context. Responsibilities include leading application and business process consulting for ServiceMax, managing Salesforce customizations, collaborating with clients, partners, and internal teams, documenting requirements and designs, supporting integrations, developing migration plans and scripts for Salesforce data migration, and driving enhancements to ServiceMax methodology. The role requires hands-on configuration and development, problem-solving across technical and business domains, and travel across domestic and international locations as required. Preferred: Field service operations experience, Salesforce Advanced Certifications, and ServiceMax experience. Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of client-facing consulting or relevant industry experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
- Ability to document requirements and translate them into solutions using configuration, customization, and integration
- Proficiency with Salesforce toolkit (Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, Data Loader, Migration tools)
- Strong technical foundation: APEX, Force.com, Salesforce Lightning, Java, RDMS concepts, SQL, XML, Web Services, HTML, JavaScript
- Ability to work independently and in globally distributed teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
