Job Summary
As a Senior Consultant, Safety and Industrial Hygienist Specialist, you will lead health & safety assessments focusing on industrial hygiene, support business development, and mentor junior professionals. You will help organizations reduce exposures and enhance safety through data-driven recommendations while managing project scopes and delivering high-quality outcomes. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in related safety science fields, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. This position may require up to 40% domestic and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related safety science fields
- 3+ years of experience in safety and risk management, occupational health, industrial hygiene, culture/leadership programs, or sustainable H&S compliance initiatives
- Strong passion for improving H&S performance
- Experience delivering impactful program solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license or ability to operate a company vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in safety and risk management, occupational health, industrial hygiene, culture/leadership programs, or sustainable H&S compliance initiatives (preferred)
- Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or similar credential (preferred)
- Experience supporting or leading client engagements within a consulting environment (preferred)
- Capability in developing H&S strategies, management systems, and advanced risk reduction programs (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- This position requires a valid driver's license due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations.
