Job Summary
Define and deploy crisis and business continuity strategies and programs for clients, conducting risk advisory engagements focused on developing resilience. Deliver services like Business Continuity Management and Emergency Management through analyses, workshops, training, and exercises. Cultivate client relationships through regular communication and insights into risk challenges, while managing projects to meet quality standards. Lead small to large projects leveraging internal networks, ensure compliance with best practices, and engage in professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Current or prior experience working in a management consulting environment, preferably big four
- Experience working in crisis management and business continuity management
- Leadership experience with proven ability to lead teams and establish strong relationships
- Awareness and understanding of relevant regulations and standards
- Demonstrated experience in developing documented plans, presentations, and related workshop materials
- Strong communication and client-management skills, with experience presenting to executive-level clients
- Experience in proposal and tender writing/creation
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification such as Business Continuity Institute qualification
- Understanding of cyber incident management
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to understand compliance related documentation and legislation
