Job Summary
Develop independent business reviews and create restructuring and realignment concepts for industrial clients. Plan, validate, and monitor business case calculations while driving operational improvements and strategic pivots. Lead project teams on-site at customer locations and negotiate directly with management, shareholders, and stakeholders. Requires a minimum of four years in restructuring consulting, preferably with experience in machine manufacturing or startups. Full-time role in Augsburg with flexible hybrid work options.
Required Qualifications
- mindestens 4 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Restrukturierungsberatung
- Verständnis für den industriellen Mittelstand, insbesondere im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
- Fähigkeit, klassische Methoden und Herangehensweisen mit digitalen Tools und KI zu verbinden und anzuwenden
- Eigene unternehmerische Erfahrung, zum Beispiel aus einem Start-Up
