Job Summary

Define strategic targets and create sustainable success through full liquidity transparency, competitive cost structures, and robust financing for mid-market and multinational clients. Drive implementation rigorously via the Project Management Office and interim management capabilities while supporting the identification, quantification, and execution of EBITDA levers across functions. Manage 13-week cash-flow forecasting, liquidity transparency, and cash management in distressed situations, alongside scenario and sensitivity analyses for measure tracking and steering. Build and shape a growing restructuring team in Greater China, bridging Western parent companies and local stakeholders with business-fluent Mandarin and English.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent degree from a leading university or international business school
  • Strong business and finance fundamentals and a high affinity for numbers
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Business-fluent Mandarin Chinese and English
  • First relevant professional experience in restructuring, turnaround or performance-improvement projects
  • Experience in consulting, a CRO/restructuring environment, with an investor (special situations/distressed) or in a corporate restructuring function
  • Experience in or with the Greater China market
  • Exposure to the design and/or implementation of holistic restructuring concepts across the strategic, operational and financial dimensions
  • Solid command of integrated business planning (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Short-term liquidity management
  • 13-week cash-flow forecasting

  • Understanding of financial restructuring topics – capital and financing structure, refinancing, and the preparation of bank and stakeholder rounds
