Senior Consultant

Senior Consultant applies in-depth knowledge of a functional/business area and/or specific applications to identify, customize and implement appropriate solutions for external clients. They analyze client needs, translate requirements into specifications (off-the-shelf or customized), test, document and train client personnel on functional/business applications. Responsibilities include managing projects for successful implementation at client sites, pre-installation assessments, business and systems analysis, scheduling hardware/software installation, post-installation assessment, owning overall client satisfaction, sharing client feedback with Product teams, and mentoring colleagues. The role may involve leading projects or project steps and collaborating with teams across the organization on applications such as HR information systems, ERP, and manufacturing/supply chain. Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and time-management skills are required, with experience in technical sales, consulting, or project management and a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
