Senior Consultant in Real Estate Strategy & Workplace Consulting responsible for leading and supporting Real Estate Advisory projects, interfacing with client leadership, conducting interviews/workshops/surveys, analyzing data, translating findings into workplace models and spatial requirements, and preparing final documents. Requires strong project management, strategic planning, and communication skills, with experience in workplace strategy or related fields and familiarity with industry qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, MRICS, PROSCI). Experience across healthcare, government, or defence sectors and ability to develop proposals and contribute to thought leadership within a matrix-managed, client-facing environment.
