Job Summary
Senior Consultant to join Turner & Townsend's Real Estate Advisory team. You will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, conduct in-depth research and analysis (e.g., feasibility studies), develop tailored real estate solutions, and author strategic documents such as Business Cases and Estate Strategies. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, build relationships with stakeholders across Scotland and other sectors, and provide expert guidance on real estate trends, investment decisions, and change management. Essential skills include strong analytical and communication abilities, proactive collaboration, and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Desirable qualifications include related industry credentials and security clearance. The role emphasizes delivering business cases, estate solutions, and strategic advice across health, education, defence, local and central government, and commercial sectors in the UK, with a focus on hybrid working arrangements in London.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment
- In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry
- Proven experience of authoring strategic documentation including Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies for Real Estate change and investment
- Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model
- Knowledge of, and Track Record within, at least one of the following industries – Defence / Local Government / Central Government / Healthcare / Education/ Commercial
- Effective communicator who listens and understands client needs
