Job Summary
Senior Consultant to join Turner & Townsend's Real Estate Advisory team. You will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, conduct in-depth research and analysis (e.g., feasibility studies) to support business cases and estate solutions, provide expert advice on real estate trends, and lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality, on-time results. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Scotland, identifying opportunities and preparing compelling proposals, while contributing to data-driven insights and strategic change across public and private sector clients.
Required Qualifications
- Essential: In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry.
- Essential: 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment.
- Essential: Proven experience of authoring strategic documentation including Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies for Real Estate change and investment.
- Essential: Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model.
- Essential: Knowledge of, and Track Record within, at least one of the following industries – Defence / Local Government / Central Government / Healthcare / Education/ Commercial, including an understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procurement.
- Essential: Effective communicator who listens and understands client needs
