Senior Consultant - Quantum & Delay

Job Summary
Conduct Forensic Delay Analysis on construction project schedules and perform contract, change order, cost overrun, and quantum-related analysis for insurance carriers, law firms, owners, developers, and contractors. Produce written forensic reports detailing findings while managing contemporaneous project documentation and coordinating with support team members to deliver client reports timely. Research and analyze data using P6®, MS Project®, and Asta® software alongside 3rd party tools, and perform site walks, visits, and project management operations including change orders, RFIs, and daily reports. Requires 2-5+ years of Forensic Delay Analysis experience, up to 25% travel, and occasional overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management
- 2-5+ years of experience in Forensic Delay Analysis
- 5-7+ years of experience performing CPM scheduling and cost analysis work
- 2-5 years of experience in the analysis of construction claim damages including delay damages
- Knowledge of Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, Building Enclosure systems and designs for commercial, retail, and high-rise residential buildings
- Proficiency in P6 scheduling software
- Experience with MS Project and Asta
- Proficiency in 3rd party schedule analysis software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as PowerBI, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience coordinating with disciplines internally as well as externally such as consultants /architects
- Experience with working on construction sites, including performing site walks/visits and project management operations (i.e. change orders, RFIs, submittals, daily reports, etc.)
- Ability to comply with overtime requirements
- Ability to travel up to 25%
