Job Summary
Manage IT asset management processes within the ServiceNow HAM/SAM module, overseeing the complete lifecycle for software and hardware assets. Leverage technical expertise in IT service infrastructure and scripting to create custom reporting and dashboards that drive data insights. Lead business process management initiatives by documenting workflows, designing improvement plans, and optimizing operational procedures for efficiency. Requires proficiency in ServiceNow reporting tools and a strong background in asset management technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in working within ITAM ServiceNow Module (HAM/SAM)
- Understanding of complete asset management lifecycle (Software/Hardware)
- Technical background and understanding of IT service Infra, scripting and software technologies
- Proficiency with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation capability
- Experience in business process management, including writing, processes, and process improvement plans
