Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for HR Service Delivery and IT Service Management modules, configuring workflows, forms, and UI elements based on business requirements. Integrate HR and IT systems to ensure data consistency, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align processes with organizational goals. Implement and maintain specific modules including Incident Management, Change Management, and Request Fulfillment. Create and maintain documentation for configurations and customizations, providing training to end-users and support teams. Stay updated on platform updates and industry best practices to propose continuous improvement initiatives that optimize HRSD and ITSM processes.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, particularly in HRSD and ITSM modules
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript), ServiceNow APIs, and development best practices
- Experience with UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
- Understanding of HR and IT processes, including incident management, change management, and other relevant service management practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to HRSD and ITSM processes
