Job Summary
Execute quantitative organizational and transformation strategies for national and international clients while leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and decision quality. Design future-proof operating models and organizational structures based on data and benchmarks, particularly for AI-first organizations, and lead complex transformation and change projects with a focus on functional excellence. Actively develop the firm's Organizational Performance advisory offering. Manage projects with high autonomy, collaborating closely with experienced experts to shape new consulting approaches at the intersection of organization, transformation, and AI. Requires a university degree or MBA, at least three years of management consulting experience, and strong German and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Hervorragender Abschluss an einer Universität oder internationalen Business School
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Transformation oder Organisationsentwicklung mit Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Organisationsdesigns und funktionalen Strategien (z.B. HR, Finance, IT)
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Anwendung quantitativer Modelle zur Organisationsanalyse (z.B. Overhead-Benchmarking, Target Operating Model Design)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
