Job Summary
Senior Consultant in Professional Services at iManage with a hybrid in-office model (in London, Tue/Thu presence) will own and deliver enterprise, cloud-based solutions. Responsible for understanding client requirements, design, deployment, configuration, and migration of legacy systems and data; provide consultancy across planning, analysis and design; collaborate with clients to drive successful, business-critical solutions; create client documentation and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions; support case study development and share lessons learned; work cross-functionally to provide field insights and address client questions using technology. Requires 5+ years in a hands-on client-facing consulting role in Legal/Professional Services/Financial Services, a Bachelor’s degree in computers or related field, and experience with iManage Work or similar DMS; strong cloud, networking, security, Windows, SQL/RDMS, design session leadership, and workshop delivery skills; bonus points for cloud deployments, Citrix/VDI, and scripting/development experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computers or related field
- 5+ years experience in a hands-on client-facing consulting role within the Legal, Professional Services and/or financial services industry
- Experience of iManage Work or similar DMS technology
- Experience in Enterprise System Deployments and relevant technical deployment/OS skills
- Understanding of the typical functions, dynamics and objectives of large organisations working in the legal and professional services sectors
- Experience in requirements analysis, template design, delivery quality control and workshop design & delivery
- Confidence in project delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and adept at maintaining and developing client relationships
- Strong underpinning in cloud-based technologies, supported by an understanding of Networking, security, Windows technologies and solution architecture principles
- Application integration using standard industry interfaces
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop software, SQL and RDMS technologies
- Excellent business analysis skills, including Ability to lead design sessions including user group sessions with individual Practice Groups
- Understand business & product usability
- Influence outcomes of design sessions to align with product best practices
