Job Summary
Senior Consultant for Product Compliance responsible for designing and delivering onboarding for a new regulatory category across Europe. Lead discovery workshops, regulatory mapping, and data-readiness assessments; develop productizable templates, in-app guides, and content tracks per regulation; create e-learnings in partnership with Academy; collaborate with Product to translate onboarding into scalable processes, and ensure smooth hand-off to CS with expansion opportunities. Role requires deep engagement with customers, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to shape the onboarding motion from scoping to go-live while maintaining a hybrid working model in Madrid/Munich/M Mannheim environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in consulting, product compliance, EHS, regulatory implementation, or comparable delivery work
- Fluent English; German strongly preferred
- Track record of productizing workshop content
- Comfortable in front of compliance leads, product managers, and operations teams with C-level credibility
