Senior Consultant - Process & Optimisation

Job Summary
Identify, analyse, and implement process improvements, simplification opportunities, and service changes across organisation design, implementation, and workforce transformation offerings. Partner with the Process & Optimisation team, OD&I practitioners, and stakeholders to understand pain points, gather requirements, and shape practical improvement options. Contribute to the design, documentation, testing, and embedding of enhanced processes, standards, templates, and delivery artefacts while supporting effective change implementation through clear communication and stakeholder engagement. Maintain process governance and quality assurance by ensuring consistent application of OD&I standards and identifying opportunities to improve controls and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in at least one OD&I service area
- Understanding of OD&I delivery practices
- Understanding of workforce transformation concepts
- Understanding of the role of consistent processes, standards and artefacts in quality delivery
- Demonstrated experience supporting process improvement
- Demonstrated experience supporting continuous improvement
- Demonstrated experience supporting service design
- Demonstrated experience supporting change implementation activities
