Job Summary
Senior Consultant, Policy Analysis for SCRM-IC within OSW. Responsible for researching geopolitical, economic, and technological threats to enterprise defense supply chains; analyzing vulnerabilities in sourcing, manufacturing, testing, logistics, sustainment, and supplier management; developing and authoring governance frameworks, policies, standards, and strategic guidance to mitigate risks; shaping enterprise-level SCRM strategies and roadmaps; translating analysis into governance documentation and executive briefings; coordinating across stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate deliverables. On-site in Alexandria, VA with SECRET clearance and 5+ years of policy-writing experience; requires authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; preferred TS clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Secret clearance required (active)
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site in Alexandria, VA, up to 5 days/week (typical week 2–3 days on-site)
- 5+ years of writing and/or updating policy and governance documentation or legislative policy writing, reporting, and formal policy documentation
- Familiarity with supply chain operations and/or vendor/supplier threat management in a defense context
- Ability to apply supply chain concepts and integrate SCRM within broader logistics operations
