Job Summary
Partner with PI team members to implement advisory solutions and demonstrate solution value throughout client engagements. Collaborate with project leadership to develop and maintain project management artifacts, including workplans, status reports, and decision logs. Create complex analytical models to drive unique solutions to healthcare problems, while developing detailed financial analysis, statistical reports, and visualizations for internal and client review. Facilitate client interviews and meetings, conducting detailed analyses to identify improvement opportunities and implementation recommendations. Complete quality reviews on team member work products before delivery, validating findings and corroborating process improvement activities. Mentor junior resources and contribute to practice knowledge capital and tool development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Preference in data sciences, finance, business, healthcare administration or related field
- 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience preferably within hospital administration
- Experience preferably within revenue cycle
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative work style
- Creativity and critical thinking in solving complex problems
- Strong presentation development skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Ability to balance multiple assignments at the same time
- Attention to detail
- Ability to quickly pivot assignments based on changing priorities
- Strong expertise using Microsoft Office products
- Experience working with EMR (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) or ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, Infor, Workday)
- Demonstrated knowledge using some of the following tools: GenAI Assistants (CoPilot)
- Analytical (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Programming languages (SQL, Python)
