Job Summary
Senior Consultant specializing in wage compliance within KPMG Forensic Data Analytics; responsible for data-driven investigations of wage underpayment against complex pay rules, data quality reviews across time & attendance and payroll systems, development of calculation models for remediation of wage and leave issues, creation of ongoing monitoring dashboards/reports for wage compliance, and cost modelling to support Enterprise Agreements. Requires experience analyzing large payroll datasets, proficiency with SQL/Alteryx/Excel data models, and strong communication and analytical skills to support clients in Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience in analysis of large and complex payroll and time & attendance data to identify or quantify wage compliance issues.
- Experience in development of SQL, Alteryx or Excel data models or demonstrated analytical ability / willingness to learn.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
