Job Summary
Senior Consultant - Payroll Compliance specializing in wage underpayment, leveraging data analytics to identify breaches against Enterprise Agreements, Modern Award, and national standards. Responsible for data-driven investigations, data quality reviews across time & attendance and payroll systems, developing calculation models for remediation, creating monitoring dashboards for ongoing wage compliance, and performing cost modeling to support enterprise agreements. Requires experience analyzing payroll/time & attendance data, and proficiency with SQL/Alteryx/Excel; strong communication and a professional services background are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience in analysis of large and complex payroll and time & attendance data to identify or quantify wage compliance issues.
- Experience in development of SQL, Alteryx or Excel data models or demonstrated analytical ability / willingness to learn.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Background in professional services is preferred.
