Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant, Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change

Job Summary
Lead and deliver sustainability and ESG advisory projects end-to-end for corporate clients, including defining scope, workplan development, QA, and timelines; design and implement decarbonization strategies and GHG accounting frameworks; develop climate disclosures and ESG ratings strategies (CDP, EcoVadis); oversee data collection, validation, and reporting, and translate insights into executive-ready deliverables; support integration of sustainable finance considerations into strategy and decision-making; mentor junior team members and contribute to business development, client pitches, and identification of new opportunities; collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive net-zero Transformation and long-term value while maintaining alignment with client objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field
- 5–10 years ESG/climate consulting experience
- Experience with CDP and EcoVadis
- GHG accounting (Scope 1-3) and decarbonization strategy
- Climate risk assessments and scenario analysis
- TNFD-aligned biodiversity risk analysis
- Sustainability disclosures (TCFD, ISSB)
- Sustainable finance knowledge (green bonds, sustainability-linked loans)
- MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong client engagement and project leadership skills
- Proposal development and business development experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, economics, engineering, or a related field
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in ESG/climate consulting, sustainability strategy, or a related field
- Experience executing disclosure strategies and submissions for CDP; EcoVadis assessments
- GHG accounting and verification (Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions) and decarbonization strategy development
- Climate risk and opportunity assessments including scenario analysis
- TNFD-aligned natural capital and biodiversity risk analysis
- Application of sustainability disclosure frameworks (TCFD, ISSB)
- Sustainable finance experience (green bonds, sustainability-linked loans, ESG integration)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint with data analysis/visualization
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Project leadership and client engagement experience
- BD/proposal development and client pitches
