Senior Consultant Operational Excellence (m/w/d).

Lead challenging consulting projects on operational and strategic change processes for national and international industrial clients. Conceptualize and implement optimization approaches along the entire value chain, integrating digital solutions. Drive the development of the advisory portfolio and actively support acquisition activities. Manage project teams in close exchange with partners while leading or contributing to internal competence centers on agility and digitalization. Expand the workshop portfolio and deliver sessions as a moderator, both onsite and remotely. Requires a degree in economics or engineering, five years of consulting or production experience, and strong digital tool proficiency.
