Job Summary
Process client accounting transactions for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance using Restaurant 365 and QuickBooks. Monitor assigned client portals to ensure timely processing and perform compilation procedures per professional standards. Prepare monthly financial statements and respond to client and firm associate requests accurately. Develop technical competency with GAAP and various accounting software systems while communicating proactively regarding open items or problems. Adhere to prescribed budgets and deadlines while balancing multiple projects independently.
Required Qualifications
- Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate
- 5-6 years in U.S. accounting
- Hands on experience on the Technology setup tools like Restaurant 365 & Quick Books
- Good exposure to Excel (formatting info and/or creating worksheets for imports, exporting)
- Experience working on Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of Fathom Reports or Live Plan
- Good exposure to Microsoft Office suite
Desired Qualifications
- Any experience with agriculture accounting
