Job Summary
Senior Consultant in Social Impact Advisory responsible for delivering client-ready solutions across organizational strategy, market entry, program enablement, and institutional building. You will take accountability for customer success through active listening, problem-solving, and strategic inputs; co-create client-ready solutions with internal and external stakeholders; influence senior-level decision-making; manage client relationships; and ensure project profitability through strong PM and team leadership. You will engage with prospective clients, contribute to thought leadership, and help build internal systems, processes, and knowledge to share internally and with the ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings 6-8 years of consulting/operations/stakeholder management experience, strong project management, data analysis, and a track record in M&E, organizational development, and sectoral expertise in Education, Skilling, Agriculture, and Health, with a collaborative, outcome-focused approach.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in consulting, complex operations, business development and stakeholder management in corporate, social enterprises, consulting firms or global foundation or robust entrepreneurial background
- Strong project management skills with ability to deliver within timelines and budgets
- Data analysis proficiency and ability to present findings visually for decision-making
- Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation, and designing frameworks to assess program effectiveness
- Ability to work collaboratively, coach juniors, and contribute to a positive team culture
- Experience across Education, Skilling, Agriculture, and Health sectors
- Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural environment and influence senior stakeholders
