Job Summary
Lead iOS development with autonomy, owning projects from design through release while implementing continuous delivery and test-driven development practices. Optimize systems for performance, adhere to iOS coding standards, and participate in architectural decisions. Mentor junior engineers, coach teams, and advise clients on technical strategies and best practices. Contribute to team growth by shaping standards, conducting interviews, and generating thought leadership content. Work across diverse domains including retail, finance, and logistics, switching projects every 6-12 months to maintain technical challenge.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile Software Engineering, focusing on scalable architecture and development
- Proficiency in developing for the iOS Platform and frameworks relevant to the role
- Experience in the complete iOS Development lifecycle, from design, testing, signing, releasing, fixing and beyond
- Understanding of iOS's design principles and interface guidelines
- Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders
- Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
