Job Summary
Lead high-quality Microsoft Power Platform delivery by designing and building scalable solutions in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations while managing risks and ensuring architectural soundness. Establish technical direction within the first 60 days, mentor developers through code reviews and design guidance, and drive integration excellence across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services. Act as a trusted client advisor by leading technical discussions, explaining tradeoffs, and influencing strategic decisions to strengthen client relationships and expand engagement opportunities. Advance capabilities in Copilot Studio, agentic AI, and UiPath over the first year, continuously evaluating AI adoption to improve team performance and solution quality.
