(Senior) Consultant* - Meldewesen / Regulatory Reporting

Job Summary
Analyze, conceptualize, and optimize transaction-based regulatory reporting processes for clients under frameworks like EMIR REFIT, MiFIR/MiFID II, and SFTR. Evaluate regulatory changes to derive implementation measures for processes, data management, and system landscapes. Create and coordinate technical concepts, requirements, and target processes in close collaboration with business units, operations, and IT teams. Support transformation, implementation, and optimization projects while guiding the introduction and evolution of reporting solutions. Ensure high data quality by defining and advancing governance, control, and validation processes. Apply deep expertise in end-to-end reporting workflows, including data ingestion, enrichment, validation, filing, and error handling. Leverage practical experience with Nasdaq AxiomSL and Regnology Abacus Transactions to support solution conception and development.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im transaktionsbasierten regulatorischen Meldewesen im Banken- oder Kapitalmarktumfeld
- fundierte Kenntnissen in EMIR REFIT, MiFIR/MiFID II und SFTR
- Tiefes Verständnis des End-to-End-Meldeprozesses einschließlich Datenerfassung, Anreicherung, Validierung, Meldung, Fehlerbearbeitung und Abstimmung
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Nasdaq AxiomSL sowie Regnology Abacus Transactions
- Erfahrung in regulatorischen Transformations- oder Implementierungsprojekten
- ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe regulatorische Sachverhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten
- Erfahrung in der Definition fachlicher Anforderungen für regulatorische Reporting-Lösungen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- hohe Reisebereitschaft
