Job Summary
Senior Consultant role focused on designing and evaluating end-to-end AI-driven consulting learning environments. Build realistic project environments grounded in real engagement dynamics (industry context, financials, constraints, inputs, incomplete information) and design structured tasks for AI agents (market sizing, due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, benchmarking). Define evaluation criteria, rubrics, and golden-answer solutions to train a scalable LLM-based grading system. Remote, project-based, individual-contributor work emphasizing analytical design and evaluation; hands-on project experience at top-tier strategy firms is required to join the team.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years at McKinsey,Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte (Deloitte S&C), EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy& (PwC)
- Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking
- Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables
- High attention to logical consistency and output quality
- Independent, self-directed working style
- Clear written English (B2+)
