Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery for mid-sized client initiatives leveraging marketing technology platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Own delivery outcomes including scope, timeline, quality, and client satisfaction while partnering with stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable technical solutions. Facilitate discovery sessions, document requirements, and design integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools to ensure data integrity and long-term scalability. Manage delivery across multiple contributors, forecast capacity week-by-week, and lead regular client check-ins to align with strategic goals. Contribute to defining scalable delivery methodologies and support the hiring and development of future team members as the new Marketing Technology practice scales.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment or consulting role within Salesforce and/or marketing technology ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with one or more marketing automation or customer engagement platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar)
- Strong understanding of marketing technology architecture, data models, and industry best practices
- Proven experience leading complex client initiatives involving multiple contributors and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on delivery with delegation and team oversight
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience launching or scaling a consulting practice, service offering, or internal capability
- Exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing)
- Experience with integrations, data migrations, analytics, and reporting
- Familiarity with enterprise integration tools or AppExchange applications
- Previous experience in a delivery lead, team lead, or people management role
