Job Summary
Lead and shape AI transformation engagements for clients by identifying AI potentials along the value chain, developing AI strategies, business cases, and roadmaps, and directing prioritized use cases. Take responsibility for complex AI transformation projects from requirements analysis to structured, measurable, and sustainable implementation. Integrate AI solutions into existing business processes, advise on AI governance, regulatory requirements, and compliance, and enhance transparency and controllability. Collaborate with the Center of Excellence and external partners to advance the AI consulting portfolio and go-to-market approaches. Drive organizational change by developing structures and processes to realize sustainable business value through AI and support clients through change management and governance discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Praktische Erfahrung in AI‐Transformations‐ oder Digitalisierungsprojekten, idealerweise mit starkem Business‐Bezug
- Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie in der Begleitung organisatorischer Veränderungen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in technologiegetriebenen Projekten (z.B. Digital, AI, Cloud)
- Kenntnisse im Bereich AI Governance und Compliance sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutsch‐ und Englischkenntnisse
