Job Summary
Lead operational restructuring projects for mid-sized companies by advising clients on strategic and operational challenges. Analyze business processes to identify optimization potentials and develop, implement individual solutions and strategies. Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and service providers to successfully close projects, while creating reports and presentations for stakeholders. Requires a relevant university degree in engineering or industrial engineering, 2-5 years of consulting experience in operational restructuring within the financial sector, and high travel readiness for four days per week. Full-time role with flexible hours, including Friday home office options.
Required Qualifications
- Einschlägiger Hochschulabschluss in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Ingenieurwesen
- 2-5 Jahre an Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft / Consulting und in der operativen Restrukturierung im Finanzbereich (Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, Bilanzen, Cashflows, Business Pläne, etc.)
- Strategischer Weitblick, technische Expertise, analytischen Scharfblick, Anpassungsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Empathie und ein Gespür für Kundenwünsche sowie Lösungsorientierung
- Bereitschaft, Führung und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Sicheres Auftreten auch in kritischen Situationen
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft (4 Tage pro Woche, von Mo-Do)
- Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache und die Fähigkeit, Verhandlungen zu führen und Abstimmungsrunden zu moderieren
