Job Summary
Advise clients on modernizing procurement organizations from strategy through operational implementation. Lead transformation projects involving analysis of sourcing strategies, processes, and supplier management, while executing spend analyses to identify cost optimizations and savings measures. Develop innovative solutions with clients and support the selection and implementation of eProcurement tools and IT systems. Manage change processes and oversee team responsibilities, including initial leadership duties and employee development. Maintain regular client presence with approximately two days of on-site work weekly and manage existing relationships to secure new projects.
Required Qualifications
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch– & Englisch Kenntnisse
- Mind. 2 Tage wöchentliche Reisebereitschaft (primär österreichweit, fallweise international)
- Absolviertes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -Ingenieurwesen, -Informatik, – Recht bzw. verwandte Fachrichtungen
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Einkaufsstrategie, Warengruppen- oder Lieferantenmanagement inkl. Ausschreibungen, Verhandlungen & Kostenoptimierungen, Einkaufsorganisation, Einkaufsprozesse, Einkaufscontrolling, Nachhaltigkeit, Risikomanagement oder Abbildung von Einkaufsprozessen in Standard ERP-Systemen oder eProcurement-Tools
- Einschlägige Management Consulting Erfahrung
- Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement und Methodenkompetenz (Analyse, Moderation, Entscheidungsfindung)
- Erfahrung mit Projektakquise
