Job Summary
Create compelling marketing materials, valuation reports, and pitch presentations to drive professional appearances in transactions. Conduct financial modeling, including economic calculations, cash flow analyses, and yield metrics, to provide quantitative foundations for investment decisions. Actively acquire sales mandates to continuously expand the Industrial & Logistics pipeline and support the smooth execution of ongoing transaction processes from initial estimate to signing. Independently organize and accompany property viewings while building and maintaining a trusted network with investors, owners, and partners. Maintain up-to-date internal databases and leverage modern AI and analysis tools to efficiently process market and property data.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche
- Fundierte Kenntnisse über den Industrie- und Logistikmarkt in Deutschland
- Herausragende analytische Fähigkeiten
