Senior Consultant (m/w/d) – Hotels Value & Risk Advisory in Frankfurt, supporting assessment of single assets and portfolios in Germany and the DACH region, applying international valuation standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV, BelWertV), conducting site visits, and producing valuation models and reports in German and English; role includes collaboration with Deutsche and European teams, a mentor from day one, and access to global training resources.
Required Qualifications
- completed studies or apprenticeship in the real estate sector
- excellent problem-solving, analytical and research abilities
- fluency in German and good English
