Job Summary
Advise clients on controlling and financial matters, from conception to implementation, working directly with staff and top management. Develop tailored, sustainable solutions for Austrian clients across industries like industry, energy, and automotive, focusing on outcome accounting, operational steering, and risk compliance. Lead projects with partial team responsibility while maintaining regular client presence of at least two days weekly. Expand networks and pursue new business through attendance at prestigious trade shows and events.
Required Qualifications
- Absolviertes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -ingenieurwesen, -informatik bzw. verwandte Fachrichtungen
- Expertise in Finanz- & Controlling Themen: Accounting, Risikomanagement & Compliance, Konzernsteuerung, Operative Steuerung, Kosten- und Ergebnisrechnung oder Treasury / Cash Management
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzen & Controlling
- Einschlägige Management Consulting Erfahrung
- Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement und Methodenkompetenz (Analyse, Moderation, Entscheidungsfindung)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch– & Englisch Kenntnisse
- Mind. 2 Tage wöchentliche Reisebereitschaft (primär österreichweit, fallweise international)
- ca. 2 Tage wöchentlich beim Kunden (i.d.R. österreichweit)
- 2 Tage im Homeoffice sowie ein Tag im Büro
