Job Summary
Conduct client advisory for energy, water, and telecommunications sectors on network infrastructure, mobility, and smart city topics, driving green and digital transformation strategies. Manage projects from analysis through conception to implementation, overseeing strategy, sales, controlling, finance, and organizational processes. Develop innovative solutions and actively co-create sustainable growth plans with clients ranging from staff to top management. Lead team responsibilities including first-level leadership and talent development while maintaining 2 days of customer presence weekly. Acquire new projects and expand existing client relationships through negotiation, requiring fluent German and English skills.
Required Qualifications
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch– & Englisch Kenntnisse
- Mind. 2 Tage wöchentliche Reisebereitschaft (primär österreichweit, fallweise international)
- Absolviertes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -ingenieurwesen, -informatik Physik, Statistik bzw. verwandte Fachrichtungen
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung entlang der Wertschöpfungskette eines Energie-, Telekommunikations-, und/ oder Versorgungsunternehmens
- Einschlägige Management Consulting Erfahrung
- Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement und Methodenkompetenz (Analyse, Moderation, Entscheidungsfindung)
- Erfahrung mit Projektakquise
