Senior Consultant - Leadership Development

Job Summary
Design and develop curriculum, materials, and learning experiences for leadership programs targeting first-time managers through senior leaders. Facilitate structured programming for newly promoted leaders and deliver targeted coursework for experienced managers while building a pre-management pipeline for high-performing individual contributors. Own the leadership self-service toolkit, manage program operations via the LMS, and facilitate development conversations using assessment results. Partner with HR Business Partners to align initiatives with business-unit needs and manage external vendors. Requires 9-12 years in learning and development, including 5 years designing end-to-end leadership programs, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 9-12 years of professional experience in learning and development
- 5 years of demonstrated experience designing and delivering end-to-end management and/or leadership development programs
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to synthesize strategy, data, and stakeholder input into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong LMS experience
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
- Willingness to come into the office a minimum of two days a week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building programs in ambiguous, early-stage environments
- Prior direct people-management experience
- Financial services or professional services industry background
- Hogan Assessment Certification
- Experience leveraging assessment tools to support leadership development, coaching, and talent management strategies
- Professional credentials (e.g., CPTM, CPLM, CTDP, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent)
- Workday Learning experience
