Job Summary
Senior Consultant in IT/Technology for Financial Services: Lead and manage client workstreams, conduct research, interviews, and data analysis to derive insights and structure solutions. Drive IT transformations, CIO/CSO reorganizations, and strategic initiatives; develop and present findings to clients; mentor consultants and take ownership of project deliverables. Contribute to sales materials, proposals, and external communications; participate in internal learning initiatives (ALAIKA School). Requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, experience in high-paced environments (e.g., top strategy consulting, VC-backed startups, investment banking/VC/PE), and a degree in a relevant analytical field. Proficiency in English is essential; German is a plus. The role offers a dynamic start-up atmosphere with opportunities for growth and collaboration across multiple brands within the ALAIKA group.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-time professional experience
- Degree in an analytical field from a top-tier university
- English fluency
