Senior Consultant - IT Infrastructure Risk & Control

Job Summary
Execute the day-to-day operations of the Global Technology Risk and Control team, managing the technology control assurance program, control inventory, and alignment with regulatory and industry frameworks. Leverage automation and analytics to build state-of-the-art control testing and continuous monitoring platforms, while overseeing risk-based control testing programs and self-assessments. Support the identification, tracking, and closure of control gaps and action plans, ensuring documents are version-controlled and standards are reviewed. Act as a liaison across architecture, engineering, and audit teams to remediate security vulnerabilities and foster a strong risk management culture. Daily, weekly, and monthly review risks and security metrics to monitor Key Performance and Risk Indicators against the technology risk appetite. Represent the Technology Team in all Risk Governance and Audit Reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in technology risk management, control functions, audit services experience, or similar experience with transferable skills
- In-depth understanding and experiences of information security, IT audit and/or IT risk management principles
- In-depth understanding of IT risk assessments and control testing
- Experience of ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in IT Security viz CEH / CLPTP / CISSP / CISM
- Experience in automation and advanced data analytics, especially risk analytics
- Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change, technology forward thinking
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure Technologies Middleware, Windows, Unix
