Job Summary
Support project leads and project managers with Fund Accounting System Implementation and Advisory engagements. Document business processes, data, and constraints while creating user testing strategies and executing test plans. Collaborate with clients and internal teams on onboarding activities, including data migration, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and custom reporting. Define and recommend business processes, identify project risks, and serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle. Act as a trusted advisor to senior and executive stakeholders to optimize operational costs and enhance portfolio value.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the finance or asset management
- BA/BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent work experience
- Experience in Fund / Investment Accounting or other fund administration
- Experience with financial systems, including but not limited to Fund Accounting, Investor Portals, CRM, etc.
- Working knowledge of; FIS Investran, Allvue System, LemonEdge, a
- Ability to demonstrate deep understanding of fund or investment accounting
- Understanding of data migration activities from source to target system
- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel and
- Strong attention to detail, creative/independent thought and proactive problem-solving
- Strong client-facing communication and analytical
- Understanding of process design and
- Product knowledge across various asset classes
- Experience with Claude, Open AI or other AI tooling
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in management consulting or other consulting is a plus
- Experience in Fund / Investment Accounting or other fund administration is a plus
