Senior Consultant, Influencer

Job Summary
Oversee identification, vetting, and outreach of on-brand influencers for paid collaborations and long-term partnerships, managing negotiations, project management, and measurement while maintaining relationships with key industry contacts. Lead day-to-day client relationships by executing multi-platform programs that leverage data-driven insights to integrate with wider PR objectives, collaborating on monitoring, compliance, and campaign reporting to track organic and paid content optimization. Keep abreast of emerging social trends and platforms in the Canadian market through social listening and research to pinpoint relevant influencers, while partnering with senior leads to share knowledge on best practices.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in end-to-end influencer relations and project management
- Background in PR, Social or Digital agencies
- Existing relationships Canadian influencers and agencies
- Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic story-telling that drive impact
- Ability to utilize metrics and insights from various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging channels
- Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, the importance and role of influencer marketing and best practices
- Experience negotiating partnership agreements
- Experience utilizing influencer identification and vetting systems like CreatorIQ, Traackr or in-platform tools
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
- Flawless organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of requests
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
