Job Summary
Conduct strategic positioning, new business orientations, organizational redesign, and business re-engineering projects while actively contributing to Sia's internal activities. Develop and reinforce the firm's offer by interpreting innovation and challenges within the insurance sector, and participate in commercial initiatives to define needs. Leverage a Master's degree in applied economics or engineering, 2 to 6 years of consultancy experience, and strong proficiency in French and English to synthesize analytical options into actionable conclusions. This role requires an autonomous, data-driven mindset with a focus on AI-related topics, supported by a global team of 3,000 consultants across 19 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in applied economics, engineering/Business engineering, Management
- 2 to 6 years' experience within a consultancy firm
- Knowledge of the insurance sector
- Proficiency in French and English is essential
Desired Qualifications
- preferably, with a first successful and relevant job experience
- You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer
- proficiency in Luxembourgish is considered a plus
