Senior Consultant in Energy, Resources & Industrials

Job Summary
Design and realize key deliverables while taking the lead on projects, building strong relationships with middle and top management, and facilitating workshops. Coach and support new hires and juniors on an ad hoc basis, and mentor junior consultants quarterly by following up on objectives and providing feedback. Contribute to business development and internal expertise by working on proposals, collaborating actively on sectoral and services working groups, and participating in commercial meetings. Write papers and articles, and lead internal projects. Participate in temporary assignments abroad in France and The Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- University Master Civil Engineer or Commercial Engineer
- 3 to 6 years experience as a consultant
- Outstanding collaborative team player
- Good communication skills
- Strong interest in the energy sector
- Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
- Autonomous
- Dynamic
- Result oriented
- Rigorous
- Committed
- Ability to quickly build expertise in data and AI-related areas
- Dutch is a must
- Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France and The Netherlands)
