Job Summary
Senior HR Consultant to drive full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and performance management while delivering operational analysis, business process re-engineering, change management, and departmental budget support. Requires deep Oracle HCM expertise, stakeholder collaboration at executive levels, and strong HR process knowledge; flexible work-from-home options available in a senior-level consulting context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR management experience
- Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting and Onboarding, Compensation)
- Experience in government or public-sector environment preferred
- Ability to obtain and document business/functional requirements
- Experience in training and supporting end-users
- Business process reengineering and change management experience
- Exceptional computer skills, including MS Office 365, Visio, and Project
